The other day I said that resolutions are bunk (useless for the most part). Maybe I’m getting cranky but another thing that is a hassle to do is to list the top 5 moments/stories/posts/tweets/et cetera of the year.
I’m not going to spend a major chunk of time combing through my blog stats to find the five most read posts of the year. I’m interested in what people commented on.
I don’t know what are the 5 most important things are in 2011. I don’t have that much insight to make predictions. It’s like telling the world every year that there will be a Triple Crown champion in horse racing.
When it does happen, appreciate and embrace it.
I don’t know. Maybe it’s better to just enjoy what the this year has provided and hope that the new year does the same.
